*Please know that any deeply pigmented product has the potential to stick to residue in your tub or on your skin. A VERY CLEAN TUB IS RECOMMENDED BEFORE USING ANY BATH COLORANTS, Older tubs may experience discoloration over time due to their porous nature and or scratches. Any product residue not removed by water can be cleaned using soap or other cleaner.
*Our Bath Bombs are available in different colors, no color, clean scent fragrances or organic essential oils, and sizes. Some even have extra items embedded inside, such as oatmeal, colored embeds or glitter. They are all handmade and the color of your bath water may vary due to different sizes of tubs. Be wary about adding too many bath bombs at once,which can over concentrate your water color and lead to possible staining.
*To make sure you get the best quality during use, make sure to keep your bath bombs in a dry cool place. An overly humid or wet environment can lead to a decrease in the fizz by causing an early reaction.
*Our Bath Bombs are made with many beneficial butters and oils and may cause tub to become slippery.

*We carefully package and ship all products from Montana within the domestic United States only via USPS and primarily use USPS FLAT RATE boxes for most orders. This enables us to utilize the best shipping price USPS has to offer plus their $150 of FREE insurance. Additional insurance may be purchased. We have FREE SHIPPING if your order is over $50 before shipping would be applied.

**Due to the fragile nature of our bath bomb products we can't accept returns of those.**

*If you have any concerns or problems please feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to resolve any issues. If your package arrives damaged in any way please DO NOT OPEN it until you have taken pictures of the damage. This is what USPS requires in order to process a damage report. After pictures are taken you may open the package. Please take additional pictures if needed of any possible products damage.
*If your package happens to go to a wrong address: I'm very sorry but, as a business owner, there is no way for me to verify the claim. It is your responsibility to make sure that your address is correct. I know that credit cards have to match your billing address in most cases to avoid this type of error but if you are purchasing a gift and shipping it elsewhere please double check all address information. If a mistake has been made please notify me within 24 hours so I can change it. Once the products leave my hands they are no longer my responsibility and therefore you would need to repurchase your order including shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
